Smart Home Security Systems
The foundation of every system we provide starts with our Touchscreen Keypad and built-in 4g LTE cellular network radio. The touchscreen keypad makes for an easy-to-use system that clearly identifies arming and disarming status as well as smart home devices.
We’re exclusive to 4g cellular (wireless) monitoring. Monitoring over telephone line or even broadband/wi-fi is just not safe and it’s very unreliable. Wireless monitoring is self-healing and remains connected in most all power outages. Wireless monitoring moves data faster too. The average response time from central station is less than 15 seconds from the time the alarm is triggered.
With crisp clear audio, you’ll know from a distance what doors or windows were opened and with two-way voice, you can speak with a central station without having to pickup the phone.
Central Station Monitoring Service
A security system isn’t worth much if it’s not being monitored by a U.L. rated monitoring center. We keep a 100% live connection with your alarm system at all times. Unlike many systems out there, that simply call into the station when there is an event – our monitoring system works in reverse. We are constantly reaching out to your system every two minutes (even when it’s disarmed) to ensure everything is working correctly and there are no issues. In the event that there is an issue, your system will instantly reach out to our monitoring center so we can take action and get you the help you deserve. Communication between your alarm system and our station is instantaneous because of the cellular technology we use. You see, we don’t rely on your internet or telephone line, they’re just not secure or reliable.

Frequently Asked Questions
We only use wireless devices with our systems. The reason for this is very simple. Hardwired sensors can unknowingly be tampered with. Wireless sensors are constantly monitored by our Touch-Screen Alarm Panel even when the system is not armed. If anyone were to tamper with any sensor – whether it is a door sensor, smoke detector or motion detector – the system would alert you immediately.
Every system we install has a Built-In Dedicated Cellular Module. We do not monitor over the Internet because it’s not a safe thing to do. We don’t believe telephone lines are safe either. They can be tampered with or cut without your knowledge. So the answer to your question is wirelessly.
