What is a Master Code?
A Master Code is a unique numeric passcode or PIN that grants administrative access to a home or business security system. The primary user typically uses it to manage the system, add or delete secondary user codes, and access advanced settings.
In the context of home and business security, the Master Code is essential for maintaining control over alarm systems. For example, if you need to grant temporary access to a contractor or revoke access from a former employee, the Master Code allows you to update user permissions quickly.
